The 2022 Empire Retail Impact Award is a special recognition we created to recognize the tremendous leadership from our franchisee partners, and leaders in our stores, retail support centres and e-commerce business throughout the challenges of the pandemic. We are not completely through the pandemic just yet, but it felt like the right time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the exemplary leaders who continue to carry us through.

Their efforts and contributions throughout the pandemic have made a lasting impact on our retail culture and helped our business thrive. The tour will include store visits and celebrations stops in Moncton, Quebec City, Saskatoon and the Greater Toronto Area.
